Why are they allowed to blatently lie about departure and arrival times, I'm sure they're not the only airline on the planet that does this, but get real assholes. I got on a plane to Sydney the other day, the pilot said to sit back and relax for the short 53 minute flight, almost an hour and a half later, we were flying round and round Sydney airport waiting to land. The pilot actually said once that we were 'flying as slow as possible' due to a backlog of arrivals at the airport. Surely they're aware of this before they take off and shouldn't bullshit to us.
Don't talk to me about the flight back, the fucking longest taxi in history, I thought he was going to drive us back to Melbourne, it literally took us half an hour to get to the runway we could take off from.
I don't mind if your planes aren't on time, for whatever reason, just don't fucking lie about it!!!
