BUNNINGS

I know a lot of people love Bunnings, as do I usually, but there are two areas they need to fix up big time. Firstly they never have enough checkout chicks on, you have to wait for ages before they call extra people on. The second thing was when you query a price of an item when you're buying it, they ask you to go to customer service instead of getting the price checked, no one ever bothers going back to customer service because it's always choc-a-block. Don't they already make enough money, do they need to rip you off as well and then make it not worth the effort of trying to get a refund.

I deal with these people regularly with their ordering and let me tell you hope you don't have to ring them. I have been on hold for an eternity ending up in 3 different departments. They also cause us major grief by squeezing the life out of the market with their pricing. The up side is although their checkouts are ratty you can basically return anything you aren't happy with without much fuss.

Bowie, you dot your i's and cross your t's when it comes to your rants. Some advice though, learn how to take a breath. There are such things as "full stops."
