Does anyone else think The Chaser has been fairly ordinary so far? I'm not sure if it's because they're a bit too self-obsessed or they've just run out of fresh ideas. I guess it must be hard coming up with new stuff all the time, but there has only been about 2 decent sketches on each of the first 2 episodes.
I have to agree with most people in that the sketch about the dying kids just wasn't funny at all.

Haven't watched it in a while, even when I was, I thought they were on a 50/50 funny/not funny ratio.
They seem to think there shit doesn't stink at the moment, I'd like to see them get away with this heat if they were on commercial tv - personally I think if my taxes are paying for them then they shouldn't be poking fun at dying kids.
With how shit the Rudd Govt and fellow Labor run states are travelling at the moment surely there's plenty of fruit for the sideboard there. If they want easy targets - look no further, or don't ABC crowds like Labor bashing jokes?
