If a telecommunications billionaire is telling you the broadband network is too expensive, maybe you should take note. Yes the bloke may be Mexican (dodgey) but maybe he knows what he talking about.

Everything 'visionary' will be heavily criticised - it is the nature of the beast. But we can't just tread water.
Waxy's right, we need to spend far more on everything that's "visionary"!
