They have elections in between elections. Is this the worst political system on the planet? They wonder why voter turn out is so low. Dickheads!

While it is not as good as ours there are clearly a number of worse ones.
There are a number of reasons for the poor voter turnout. Crappy education systems in some part of the country and a lot fewer voting booths resulting in long waits to vote are a couple of others.
